I edited the colors a bit. Mostly just for posting, because the few smilies that have the white box around them bother me!! And I lightened the blue colors up, and changed the box part where the info and avatars are to a greenish color instead of pink.

Small rodents such and Rats and Mice, like all pets, like to have the occasional treat aside from their normal food.

There is a large veriety of treats sold in pet shops, and most animals love these. However feeding your pets too many of these treats can lead to a high intake of sugar and could cause your pets to become obese.

Most rats and mice enjoy scraps, some of these include:

* Boiled Potatoes
* Bread
* Biscuits
* Breakfast Cereals
* Chicken
* Mealworms
* Cheese
* Currents
* Dog Biscuits
* Egg (cooked)
* Fish (cooked)
* Toast
* Meat (cooked)
* Raisins
* Sultanas

They can also have a small amount of green vegetables, such as lettuce or cabbage. However feeding too many of these is not good for them.

DO NOT FEED YOUR PETS THESE!:

* Chocolate
* Garlic*
* Onions
* Rabbit Mix
* Raw Kidney Beans
* Sweets
* Toffee
